Bought tile from this store for an entryway and also had our family room carpeted from this store. Always helpful and professional. I like that they are there to help but will give you the freedom to browse too. No sales pressure. I’ve been happy with both the products and installation and am in the process of having my living room and hallway carpeted from them. I had used one of those 1 – 800 companies for the carpet currently in the living room and it has not held up at all. The quality is much better here. Although it may be slightly higher priced than box stores or those 1 – 800 places, remember you get what you pay for!

I get a weird feeling in this store. I have been here several times to browse both area rugs and vinyl tile flooring. Although, while some of the area rugs on display are nice, I found them to be rather expensive and some are just downright UGLY. Overall its rather boring and repetitive style wise, I have also been brushed off or ignored by the staff more than once.
We were also told some wrong information about vinyl tile (for our 3 season porch), and the price on the tile was slightly higher than we have seen elsewhere for the same product.
