We are the business that rents all. We have the newest, trendiest event rental inventory from harvest tables, chivarri chairs, to sail cloth tents. We can service events all over southwest Michigan. Our prices are highly competitive from Kalamazoo to Grand Rapids to the lakeshore and all surrounding areas.

We also carry contractor & homeowner rental equipment for those home projects. We even have storage units for storing all those extra goods that you just do not want to part with. Along with that, we are a Uhaul dealer for all their trucks, trailers, boxes, and coming soon U-​boxes!

History

Established in 1972.

For our long time customers, you may remember us as Russ Rents from back in the 1970s. In fact, we were Russ Rents until around 2001, when the name was changed to A1 Rent All. Now, A1 Rent All is actually the collaboration of Russ Rents with A1 Party Rentals, which used to be in Otsego, MI from the 1990s. We to this day pride ourselves in the ability to service both local contractors and homeowners with there projects and to service the event planner, caterer, graduate parent, and bride with their event rental needs.

Our storage business started back in the 1980s with Russ Rents. Along with that, we have been a Uhaul dealer, providing all uhaul equipment and moving supplies to our local movers.

Most recently in 2013, we began renting tuxedos and formal wear for Jim’s Formal Wear.

Meet the Business Owner

Aaron and Kristin K.

Business Owner

Aaron has been in the rental business since 2007. He and his wife Kristin purchased the business from previous owners then and have been off and running ever since.

Before this, Aaron worked as a quality control chemist for Honeywell in Muskegon, MI. He today has broken out of the secluded laboratory and now enjoys speaking and figuring out ways to best serve his customers with A1 by listening to their equipment needs for events or tools and figuring out ways to provide the best for them.

Kristin worked as a social worker before taking over as Event Manager for A1. She loves speaking with any person running and planning an event and helping them come up with their dream event.
