Business Owner
Shirley Bloethe has owned multiple small businesses in the central CT area. After a fire that destroyed her building, she bought RockWells Banquet Facility and changed the name to The Loop. It ran for two years successfully when the transition was made to move to a smaller location and focus in on the holistic offerings and intimate space rentals.
