History

Established in 2009.

JS Electrical LLC was formed by Justin Smart in 2009. With a extensive backround in commercial, industrial and residential wiring and installations, Justin decided to breakout and go on his own in 2009. Since then we have helped build new homes, renovations, and small service calls along with commercial projects like Dollar tree in East Haven and BJ’s Optical In wallingford amungst many other jobs. Being well rounded gives us a edge of over some electrical contractors that specialize in one thing. We pride ourselves on keeping up to date with changing technology offering these ideas and practices to our clients.

I started out working in the trade for a fmaily member at a young age and decided I like it so I enrolled in a technical high school. Once I was eligible I left school during specified times on work release to gain on the job experience. When i graduated I was working fulltime with the one and only company I ever worked for for 9 years in which I worked under a foreman or was the site foreman for jobs like Hoffman Honda, Ford and Audi or Constructing the Riverview banquet facility in Simsbury. We not only did large jobs but also service calls, additions, and residential new construction. I decided in 2009 with the knowledge I had learned over the years to go off on my own and here we are.
