My grandmother recently purchased a 2005 Audi A4 from Auto Landmark. From what we could tell, there didn’t seem to be much wrong with it, aside from a cracked coolant reservoir and a few miscellaneous issues, like a broken latch on the glove box, but Eko said he would fix those things so it seemed like a good deal. It ended up being quite a hassle just to get the car. My grandmother drove all the way there(30 miles) to pick it up only to find out that she couldn’t pay with a card or personal check. They offered to drive the car up and deliver it for the inconvenience, which would’ve been really nice, except for the fact that it wasn’t delivered for another week! We were told that the check engine light came on while they were driving it up to us, and that it needed a new catalytic converter, which they would replace, but it would take another day or two. That sounded reasonable, and we were just thankful that such an expensive repair would be covered by the dealer. It took twice as long as promised and all of our phone calls were avoided, which was annoying, but once the car was finally dropped off, everything seemed fine. A couple weeks later, it needed a new battery. A couple weeks after that, the check engine light came on. I work at a repair facility so I advised Grandma to bring the car into the shop so we could figure out what was wrong. Our technicians found a laundry list of problems: –control arm bushings all cracking –valve cover gasket seeping –front snub mount under radiator destroyed –sensors to transmission all disconnected and wires dangling –transmission pan gasket leaking and heavy fluid trailing –transmission output seal leaking –transmission cooler line and power steering cooler hoses leaking –right front axle broken –turbo spewing oil –exhaust«all hacked together» –flywheel covers missing A simple safety check was all it took to find all of these problems. This car should have never left the lot with so many major safety issues. One of my biggest concerns is that the catalytic converter was never replaced and it is still throwing a trouble code. Now the worst part is that my grandmother has attempted to contact Eko several times in the past week and he refuses to return her calls. Apparently we will have to file a grievance with small claims court to get this resolved. If you’re looking for a used car, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I thought I would never use a dealer, but Auto Landmark really has so many positive features that buying private party is a thing of the past for me. Carfax statement, 30 day 4500 mile warranty, full 150 point inspection. Wow.

Ok where do I start? I was looking for a really good, reliable car. Looking for a dealership I could trust and that would service my vehicle after I purchased it and I came across these guys on the internet. Figured I would check it out. I met with the owner who had a pretty cool name, his name is Eko. I never heard that name before. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant and walked me around the lot and showed me many cars to choose from within my price range, everyone here was very friendly, and I found the selection of vehicles and overall experience to me wonderful. So YES I bought a car! Auto Landmark was great! I highly recommend you check out Auto Landmark if you are looking for a car. I will give them my business again in the future! Thank You!!!

Actually, it only takes one word to describe this dealer PERFECT !!! The whole staff is very courteous and helpful. Eko R is laid back and no bulldozer. They had the right car at the right price for us. We recommend this seller warmly. You will not be disappointed. I was there yesterday(10−06−15) to get a smaller warranty repair performed. They took care of the car without waiting time; the job was done in less than an hour and perfectly done. Eko R is a dealer who delivers what he promises and a bit more! Ctsvensk

Visited Auto Landmark and have to check out a car I had seen on their website. At first I was dreading going to look at cars because we all know how fustrating and stressful it can be… but I have to say this place was not like that at all! I met the owner Eko, he showed me a few cars and wasn’t pushy at all and he seemed like a guy who honestly cared and wanted to help rather then just sell a car no mater what. The cars where priced really good, below kelly blue book by a good amount. I put a deposit on a car and can’t wait to pick it up. They also have a full service department and detailing detailing! The car also came with a 90 day warrenty! I bought a 3,000 car but I was treated like I was buying a 30,000 car! This place sets itself apart from other dealers who sell cars in this price range. I recomend them fully!
