OMG Not one person looked up form the desk and stopped discussing patient x at the open window. Unprofessional, unwelcoming, a grunt of «sign in» then the two women at the counter got into it about whether one or the other would call back a «bad patient» I cant believe the Doctors or owners of this place haven’t set up a camera or voice recording of their staff bc the Dr was nice the office wasn’t new, nor were the technology available in the rooms, as well as there wasn’t anyone wiping down the chairs and I saw a long glass tube with liquid in it. The Drs place the some kind of scope in the body then in the tube. I am not so sure this is clean way to use this on patients. Sadly there wasn’t one person there that wanted to be there «working». Magazines were ripped and strewn around the corner tables, bathroom had toilet paper on seat, on floor and paper towels were just thrown on the floor. Someone needs to take a look and listen that is in this place or we the public can be hurt.

If you have an appointment tomorrow, you should come and camp outside the office so you can been seen at your scheduled appointment time. Doctor is good but office is mismanaged and appointments are never on time. The rude middle aged receptionist doesn’t help. Oh, and you’ll wait days for a call back.
