We practice in the areas of personal injury & negligence law, family law, real estate and estate planning. We handle accident cases of all types involving serious and permanent injuries, seeking to recover compensation for our clients who been injured by the carelessness and negligence of others. We handle auto accidents, trip and fall, slip and fall, work-place accidents, construction accidents, nursing home negligence and abuse, medical malpractice claims and a variety of other types of accidents in which our clients have been injured.
In the family law area, we handle divorces, obtain division of assets, financial support (child support and/or alimony) and child custody.
We represent people buying and selling their homes and we assist clients in estate planning to help ensure that assets are protected and distributed the way our clients want them to be.

When I was growing up, like other boys my age, I wanted to be a fireman or a baseball player. When I got older, I watched my brother attend medical school and thought, «That’s interesting!» When I saw his textbooks, it didn’t look too interesting. In college I became active in several social action groups, working with senior citizens and becoming active in a Speaker’s Bureau. I met a lot of different people, and saw families struggle through difficult times and triumph over their obstacles.
I thought about the things I liked to do: meet new people, learn new things and help solve problems. Becoming a lawyer seemed to be an ideal profession where I could do all of these things. I attended NYU Law School and found that the law was an exciting place for new ideas and challenging solutions to the issues of the day. Practicing law has enabled me to help people and make a difference!
