Business Owner

Arthur I. Blutter, Esq. graduated Baruch College with a BA in 1966. He also received an MBA from Baruch College in 1970. He then attended Hofstra University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1979. Mr. Blutter is admitted to practice in the State of New York, before the Federal Courts of the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York and before the Federal Tax Court.

Mr. Blutter has been an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Business at Bronx Community College, New York Institute of Technology, Adelphi University and Hofstra University. At Hofstra University, he was also a member of the graduate business faculty and taught at the Law School as a Special Professor of Business Law. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and member of NACBA: National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
