We found this company on Craig’s list (MISTAKE!) and they gave us a quote over the phone without even stopping by. a bit unusual I thought. We scheduled a cleaning with them 2 weeks later and guess what? NO SHOW! No response to text messages and when I called the number on their website, someone picked up and it sounded like they just put the phone down because I could hear The Price Is Right blaring on the TV. Hmmm…

Debbie cleaned for me once a month for about 4 months. Everytime she was supposed to come she would call and say either she or her husband were sick or had a doctor appointment and had to reschedule. The last time she just didn’t show up and wouldn’t return my phone calls. In addition, I had to continually point out that every flat surface that accumulates dust needs to be cleaned yet she continued to miss a lot of items.

I am very sad with the service. First off she NEVER calls you back. She will email no problem though. When she came she was VERY rushed when I told her she doesn’t have too. She almost knocked over a few things in my home and then told me «I haven’t had to pay for something I broke in a while». Not something you should say! Then when she was done I inspected the area. She didn’t do the floors very well, the dusting was subpar and she didn’t vacuum my furniture when both my husband and myself told her about it and she said she will. I sent her an email with things I believe need improvement and things she did great in. She emailed me back and said she was offended in everything I said and basically fired herself. Please don’t hire this company!

No call, no show with first appointment. Showed up after I called to reschedule. She showed up and did a pretty decent job. Booked her for twice a month cleaning. No call, no show for what was to be the 1st of that agreement. I never received a call, and I learned my lesson.

They do not come when they are scheduled. They do not call to tell you they will not be able to come. I waited 3 hours for a NO SHOW. If you use them have a back up plan

We had the same experience: no show, no call. She replied to our voice mail with a text message about a family emergency. Okay, I can understand that. But a professional would have a contingency plan, or at the bare minimum, a phone call.

This company does a terrible job. I can’t believe they’re in business. Don’t waste your money — find a different company to clean your house. The job was hurried and sloppy. Some things weren’t even cleaned at all — like toilets and floors! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED WITH CRAPPY WORK.
