I hired Julian to demo my 1st floor and remove all debris. After three teams of guys were required to quote the job, julian came out himself. He agreed to the terms and price of the job. We signed a contract (for the second time). The team came out to start the demo. Julian called me 30 min into the job to ensure everything was ok and that I left the house. He then decided to pulled all his guys off the job, as he didnt feel the margins were right. I have yet to get my $ 300 deposit back. This guy is a crook!
