History
Established in 2014.
Nameless Catering is a child of two worlds – the discerning taste of restaurateur Jeremy Brown and the business acumen of entrepreneur Jayson Manship. Although going into business together hadn’t been a lifelong dream or even a vision within the realm of possibilities, when an opportunity to rent a little kitchen in Fountain Square appeared, the two friends found themselves confronted with a new door to an unexplored frontier. The conversation was brief. It wasn’t «why,» but «why not?» With the alliance forged and the documents signed, Manship and Brown began hashing out a plan for their lean start-up. With none but their own money to jumpstart the business, they would be pulling themselves up by their bootstraps.
