Okay, as some prices much higher then big box retail. But a good place to pick up a nut or bolt.

No restrooms for customers, and a snide«that’s policy!» doesn’t cut it with me. Nothing says«F you!» like treating your customers and the community at large like unworthy scum who can’t be trusted in your accomodations. Oh you say«it got abused»? Thats the cost of doing business in a civilized society, Mitch’s «Incredible» Ace! They make a huge deal about it being a «family» business. What a joke. You’re better off, sad to say, going to a corporate store that can manage to serve their customers’ most basic needs and dignity. Which is what I did. I left my intended purchases on the counter, walked out and went to Lowes instead. See? I didn’t even need to go that badly. But this is about the principle involved! I say NO to Mitch’s «Incredible» Ace.

They lack the selection of large home improvement stores, but get it right when it comes to friendly service and quality products. Thanks Mitch!

I like this small town hardware store. Sadly, we end up here a lot when Lowe’s can’t fulfill our needs. Sad for Lowe’s! We also go here for a quick stop vs. journeying through those huge hardware stores. The people are very nice. Their prices are possibly slightly higher than a larger chain, but not enough to turn anyone away.

Hey, why haven’t I been here before? Lowes never has what I’m looking for, and thier staff are idiots. These guys know there stuff and are super friendly. They spent 10 minutes working with me on buying some stuff for a dishwasher install, and talked me through the whole process. Looks like I have a new hardware store, and you should too.
