History

Established in 2014.

Milette started her cake business at home. As the business grew, she had her own Bakeshop and Cake Decorating School in 1996. In 2001, she sold the business and migrated to the US. While the kids were growing up she worked for Lutz Bakery and Alliance Bakery as Chief Cake Decorator.

As some of the children left the nest, Milette was able to get her own Bakeshop in Downtown Plainfield, IL.

Milette Raz and Beth Somers won The Food Network’s Cupcake Wars, Season 6, Episode 15.

Milette won her 1^st regional baking competition at age 14 and placed 2^nd runner up in the National Baking competition in the Philippines. After that, she won numerous baking competitions as well as a Cake Decorating Gold Medalist. Migrated to the US in 2001, she worked as the Chief Cake Decorator of Alliance Bakery in Chicago for 8 yrs. After raising her kids she was able to have her own bakeshop located in Downtown Plainfield, IL.
