Every… single…time! Without fail, every time I use the drive-​thru, I have to wait in the «waiting» spot for my order. It’s not like I order anything special, just regular menu items. Not only is it an inconvenience, but it’s difficult to exit without having to drive all the way around. Also, there’s no cars accessible garbage to dispose of things like receipts and straw wrappers. When will this place get it together? The store on Renwick and Weber has it figured out. They have you in and out like a NASCAR pit stop. P. S. I get home and my order is incomplete. Grrr.

Crazy fast drive thru. I ordered and got my stuff in less that 5 minutes. They have maybe improved from the last time the people below ordered. Pretty nice staff too.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. My husband went through the drive thru this morning at around 930. He ordered 4 hash browns, 4 egg mc muffins & 2 Apple juices. He received 2 hash browns, 4 mc muffins with just cheese & sausage? & the 2 Apple juices. We had only paid for 2 hash browns so at first it wasn’t a big deal. When we got home, our kids wouldn’t even eat the mcmuffins bc it’s not what they ordered & they didn’t like it. Never going to this location again.

Pleasant staff. good was prepared adequately to McDonalds standards. I took my niece and nephew here and they used the play pen. It’s a little sloppy in there. They have to send in staff more often to clean since kids are so sloppy. But it was a good experience.
