First class car services was easy to work with; however, I had my reservations. We booked them as a shuttle service for our 2014 October wedding. They told us they reserve buses and cars and shuttle on an as need basis. I read all of the reviews and called with my concerns which he quickly squashed saying they had issues because they were utilizing a 3rd party vendor because their business was growing faster than their fleet allowed. The third party vendor apparently screwed them over. Our shuttles for our guests to and from the hotel was deplorable. Apparently, they only came twice. Once about 45 minutes before the ceremony, and again 15 minutes before– NOT what we were told we would get. The return service was about the same. Our party bus for the bridal party worked out perfectly, however the driver let it slip that he wasn’t told until HOURS before our wedding that he was needed to drive our event. At the end of the night our limo drove away without us; however, they did call my cell in an attempt to let us know that they took a few stragglers to the hotel and would be back to get us shortly. Unfortunately, my cell was not on me, considering it was my wedding day and I wasn’t going to be schlepping it around in my clutch. I would use them for smaller events as they were easy to book and deal with, and they did show up for our wedding;however, the quality of, and commitment to service, was lacking.

Don’t get ROBBED! Do NOT hire this company! They do NOTREFUNDYOURMONEY(don’t believe them if they say they do). They do NOT communicate and will HANGUPONYOU, and you will never reach them again. Unless you use a number they do not recognize. I did with my Google number and when they realized it was me, they hung up. We hired them for our wedding on June 8, 2014. My wife and I met them at a Wedding Expo and thought we were getting a good deal. We booked them for 3 Limos and Transport, One for the Groom and Grooms-men. One for the Bride and the Brides-maids, and transport for friends and family to and from hotel and ceremony and reception. and the last one to drive us home from the reception. We ended paying in full(about $ 1000) to get the savings we were quoted. They also said that it was ok to make changes if we needed to. Well we ended up not needing the Hotel Transportation and called to make changes, and have asked if we could transfer that money to a party bus and pay the difference to rent it for 8hrs. Jason, the owner said that it was fine. He had quoted me $ 1200 for the 8hrs. My best man then called him about 2 weeks later to confirm the order. When I asked my best man how much it was, he told me it was $ 1600. So what Jason was tried to do was to absorb the money I transferred from the shuttle service and tack it one top of what he quoted me. I called him and let him know that was wrong. He told me «Good luck finding another service that is insured and will have that size.» Well I did and they actually had a bigger bus and was cheaper. I called Jason back and asked them to refund me the money. His reply was, «well, now all your other service prices will go up an additional $ 50 plus tax». My reply was«then I want to cancel your service and I will find another. He agreed to refund my money back within 7 business days.(I fired him 3.5 weeks prior to my wedding) even though there was not document or any communication of a 2 week fee, which I was well clear of. 4 months Later, I finally got my money back through by disputing through my Bank. They investigated the issue and found him guilty. He actually created a FAKEDOCUMENT in which he tried to pass stating that I was well aware that my full payment was NONREFUNDABLE(Please beware of this) I told the bank to ask him for that documentation with my signature(which does not exist). That is why the bank gave me my money back. Not sure how that bank settled it with First Class Car service. But I hope to GOD they do not get to keep that money. I cannot believe that it is that easy for someone to Rob you of your money. It is bad to do so, but even more low to do it when you save it for your Wedding. As if preparing for the wedding is not stressful enough. You don need to get Robbed by people like that. I did not leave feedback earlier until I got my money back. I was in process of suing them and had the bank investigating as well. I had to hit them every way to get our money back. Please beware.

I have been waiting for a refund from Jason for almost two months. I bought a gift certificate for my daughter’s bridal shower in July so that they could have a limo ride to and from the airport for their honeymoon. The morning they were supposed to leave, the car was to pick them up at 6AM, and when it didn’t show by 6:15 they called and were told there was no reservation for them, even though my daughter had confirmed the reservation earlier in the week. Thankfully they got a ride to the airport from a family member that was staying at the same hotel as them, but when I called Jason on the following day, he admitted that he had just been too tired — he had worked till 4:30am and just forgot that he was to pick up my daughter. He told me he would credit my card back that afternoon when he returned to the office. Well, 8 weeks and many phone calls, unanswered messages, and lies and broken promises, I still do not have my refund. I cannot recommend this car service to anyone!

We booked a Town Car with First Class to take us to the One Direction Concert. The driver was excellent and very friendly and helpful!!! It made the night so much more enjoyable not having to worry about driving. I would highly recommend our driver Marc and would not go to a concert any other way!

This is a fraudulent company. Do not book with them — they do not show up or if they do, they will replace the limo you booked with a totally different crappy limo. For our wedding day, we paid for a hummer limo and also for a party bus shuttle for the guests. They did not show up with the limo and then they did not provide the party shuttle bus for our guests. It was terrible. We called the owner, Jay(or Jason) and he kept saying he would call us back but never would. We had to keep calling him. Finally, we told him we were going to escalate this and he hung up on us not providing any refund or any sort of compensation for this experience. He was recommended by the Fairfield Inn North/Plainfield and that hotel was also a terrible experience in terms of blocking off rooms for the guests(they did not block off rooms and did not have rooms ready for the wedding guests on day-of)… So even if the Marriott or whoever recommends this guy, do NOT(I cannot emphasize this enough) do NOT book or pay a dime to this guy and his company. It’s definitely fraudulent because he uses the square for your payment, which means he probably pockets the money and then arranges really run-down cars/limos to replace the high quality one you think you are booking, if he even shows up at all. He even showed pictures of his limos on his facebook page and those are not what you will get. It’s a fraud — please be wise and take the advice of those who have already made this mistake. BOOKELSEWHERE!!!
