Rushed home from work to take my mom to the walk in clinic since they close at 7:30. Got here at 7:15 and «due to high volume» they were closed. My mom doesn’t have a car and I rushed an hour to get there 15 min before closing and couldn’t get her to see a doc or nurse practitioner. Usually satisfied with edward facilities but very disappointed today.
