While other house call practices focus on quantity, or the number of patients seen daily, Crescent Medical Service focuses on quality and we spend time with our patients. In this way, we prevent costly and disruptive hospital admissions for our patients. We strive to become a member of our patients’ healthcare team to provide seamless service at all times. We work closely with other providers to improve communication and help guide our patients through through the Healthcare System. Finally, our non-clinical staff are also trained to be a vital resource for our patients.

Business Owner
Dr. Patel is licensed and board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation. He completed medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (Downers Grove, IL) in 2005 and his residency training at Resurrection Family Practice of Resurrection Medical Center (Chicago, IL) in 2008. After that, Dr. Patel chose to work in rural areas to further develop and refine his medical skills and serve patients of all ages that had limited access to specialists and other medical providers. This included a couple trips to the small tourist city of Ketchikan, Alaska with a population of less than 7500 residents.
Dr. Patel started to make house calls in 2009 and has been making them since. When his schedule permits, Dr. Patel volunteers his services at free clinics and other venues. Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his patients so they can be better informed and healthier.
