I switched from Allstate to State Farm. I have not had to use them for a claim yet so I cannot attest to their claim service, only the treatment from this office. They NEVER answer the phone and always take days to call back. Customer service is snippy and I have had to follow up myself to make sure things get done. They are not friendly and seem to have no desire to take any interest in their customers. I’m shopping for another agency today.
