Have been banking at chase for more than 10 years. We were at the premier level with many accounts. When the drive thru banking closed and when going inside I was pushed to use an atm as customer service, I knew this bank was not for our family. Today our family closed all accounts with Chase! The Chase employee closing all of our accounts never once asked why we were closing. Normally a good business practice would be to care why customers are leaving and how to improve. Customer service is gone here and robots are the new way this bank works.
