Business Owner

John Kocher has been in the mortgage business for over 18 years. He founded CF Funding in Naperville in 2000, and has since expanded the business to provide mortgage services in 7 states including Colorado, Tennessee, Florida, California, Texas, and Virginia.

As President of CF Funding Corporation, John emphasizes great customer service with personalized loan solutions to meet the client’s financial goals. He strives to provide assistance to a wide variety of clients including first-​time homebuyers, investors, clients with previous bankruptcy or foreclosure, self-​employed homebuyers, and those in need of a refinance.
