I got a PCM tune done by this company twice and both are bad. The 1st one was so shotty I couldn’t drive without it cutting off every 5 miles or so. I was supposed to go out of town, so after a month of chasing a new PCM they finally sent my pcm. Not after paying John at intense $ 45 to overnight it to me so I can make my trip. And needless to say the pcm is still bad and I missed my trip (costing me another 250 of various fees and BS). This was back in March and I am STILL WAITING for them to fix the problem. I can’t drive on the freeway at all because it would shut off while I am driving. I have already been subjected to numerous close accidents because the car cuts off. I have sent correspondence to them to rectify the situation it is now May and I’m am done waiting. I’m even willing to pay more just to get the car done right. But all I am getting is ignored and shitty work. At this point I feel like John and whoever else works for them is saying fuck him and his, money & car. AVOID ANY CONFUSION AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET PARTS AND WORK DONE UNLESS YOU WANT AN INTENSE HEAD ACHE
