Love this place so helpful knowledgeable always willing to help answer questions no matter how sully my questions are can’t wait to do more Pilates love it so much. They will modify listen to your needs and wants yet help you always. Always positive clean helpful mindful and always always there for me! I can’t say enough about this place just AMAZING PLACE TO BE… Makes me excited to work out WAY MORE FUN then a gym.

I have been a student with Kristen since 2007, her classes are as healthful as they are fun. Kristen is always willing to modify her classes for the individual making the movements either easier or more challenging as is needed. She is currently studying physical therapy which makes her uniquely attuned to her students changing physical needs. The pilates classes are mat classes, however, Kristen offers private lessons on the reformer and on the mat. She helps her students by changing the elements of her classes frequently so that the body is less likely to become accustomed to the workout and more likely to continue to become stronger. Kristen uses props in the form of rings, balls and bands. Instead of demonstrating the whole time she walks around and individually aids her students while she leads class so that they get the most out of the class and avoid injury. It is sometimes hard to believe the strength you gain by these seemingly simple exercises but the results don’t lie. I am grateful to Kristen for introducing me to pilates and hope to keep the practice for a lifetime. i would absolutely recommend Kristen’s pilates class to anyone, male or female, anytime with great pleasure and assurance they would get a quality workout:)
