I’m in love with the staff at the Placerville Sherwin-​Williams. We are working on our first rental project for a duplex. Kerri has been a paint guru in coaching us through every step of the way on what we needed and how to use it. The few times she has had a day off (which seems like never — thankfully for us), the rest of the team have been equally as helpful in guiding us through the process. Customer service is one of my top priorities from all my vendors and this team offers it up in the plenty! Thank you!!!

Dear Lord. I needed 2 gallons of paint. Took the girl nearly one hour to get it done. No one else in the store. I had to use the restroom, but sign inside states ‘no public restroom’ I asked the girl ‘is there a restroom nearby’? She said ‘I don’t know’. Really? You are taking FOREVER to mix two gallons of paint, and I can’t use your restroom? I am
a customer, not someone off the street. Poor customer service.

Purchased all the paint for interior & exterior here. Great product & knowledgeable staff. I will be back, but probably not very soon, because the paint is such good quality it’s going to stand the test of time.
