Thank you so much O’Reilly Auto Parts (in Placerville) for having hired two very patient workers who stayed late and helped the wife of a mechanic who was sent to get a complicated parts order for him. Your workers, Tony and Scott, helped me so much. They are truly an asset to your firm and you should be commended for having trained and hired such sterling, quality help.
They really helped me, the go-​between, in the middle of my mechanic husband and your trained parts salespeople. I was the only one in the mix that did not really know what anyone was talking about! Lol. It made it fairly stressful for me! But thanks to your men, we got it all worked out and I just want to reiterate, thank you so very much. If price was not an issue, I would always choose this particular O’Reilly just because of my experience one late Sunday night.
