Took my car in to get a full detail and it turned out amazing! Feels like a brand new car, I was so impressed. Customer service was great, the owners were very welcoming and were super nice and know how to run a business. I think I walked away with a major crush on Steve Niemann…
I will definitely be bringing my car back in. I already went back and bought a giftcard for my brother to get his truck done, its seriously the dirtiest thing Ive ever seen but I have faith in them!

I got a great deal on a used car that was a complete mess and brought it to Niemann’s with reasonable, but not high expectations (because of the condition of the car). When I picked the car up, I was amazed… it was beautiful! Before the detail, I fully expected to replace the leather because it was so worn and dirty and now there’s no need. They had great prices and worked around my schedule… even at the holidays! I’ll definitely be back and I’ll happily recommend Niemann’s to all of my friends and family!!!

For $ 190, they cleaned my completely dirty, stained upholstery, dog furred and stinky car and made it look nearly brand new. Seriously.

I was planning on selling my car and wanted to have it deep-​cleaned first. I brought it into Niemann’s and when I picked it up, I couldn’t believe how amazing it looked. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and no small detail went overlooked. My car looked brand new again and I sold it less than 48 hours later. I highly recommend this place! I brought my car in to Niemann’s, left with the most beautiful car ever. Looked I picked it up from the showroom floor. I am so happy how it turned out. They even cleaned my grand daughter’s car seat. It sparkles inside and out. Thanks Nina for the great customer service and Stacy and crew who did the work. I will recommend you to everyone.

Had car detailed. Left spots on windows and refused to fix. Customer service was horrible and manager was confrontational.
I will never recommend this company just for its poor customer service.
Manager said they didn’t need customers like us. Good luck

Unfortunately, I had a tree branch fall on my car the other day and needed a ding removed from my hood. I had my reservations, but Niemann’s had the ding out, and undetectable I might add, in less than 30 minutes. At $ 75, not a bad deal, considering it kept me from an insurance claim. Minus one star because I had to buy some plastic screws for the hood insulator across the street at Thompsons that cost $ 10 that were not included in the job.
