STAY AWAY. We scheduled Kessler Towing to pick up our truck to bring to the auto repair shop. We called 2 days in advance for this pick up. They never showed. We kept calling the day of the pick up, they kept saying they would be there any minute. They strung us along for 2 hours and NEVER SHOWED. We finally called another tow truck company and they arrived within a 30 minutes.

They promised to come out in 60 to 75 minutes. They never showed. We called, they said another 30 mins. After 45 minutes they still did not show. We called. This time we were told that the call-​out was cancelled. They did not contact us, we had to find out by repeatedly calling them.
We never received a reason why or who cancelled the call-​out.
Unless you like waiting in the cold for hours for people that do not show, I highly recommend that you do not use this towing company.

Roadside assistance dispatched these idiots. I waited almost 2hrs before I finally got a call back. They cancelled on me because they were too busy.

My car died out in a parking lot in Folsom. I tried to jump the battery 3 times but it died out once you stepped on the brake so I couldn’t even drive it. Called my insurance roadside assistance and they sent out Dick from Kessler’s towing. Dick was great! Very friendly and nice. Got my car towed back home to Natomas in 40min! (It was afternoon rush hour traffic which probably would’ve taken us over an hour) Thank you Dick for all your help!

I asked for a flatbed because my trucks manual says it’s required. They showed up with a dolly style and refused to tow me. The driver threatened me when I showed him the manual and then pulled the switcheroo and stole my pink slip. He also damaged the driveway with the tow bar. I called the manager and he told me to go fudge myself, then he told me to come down to his office so he could beat me up. I had an appointment and work to do. I spent the whole day dealing with these pricks so they could then deny towing me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will destroy your property and vehicle

I woke up this morning to hear a clicking noise coming from my truck and it was turned off. The battery was dead I had no idea what to do so we called around to a bunch of different mechanic shops and everyone said it would be at least $ 100 just to look at my truck! Dick came out to our house looked at the truck and was able to fix it at no charge to us WOW! Thanks guys we really needed that!!!
