Janine moved to Placerville from the Bay Area in 1982 for the beauty and quality of life found in El Dorado County. Prior to her career in real estate, Janine owned and operated a Placerville property management company, a Placerville secretarial service and served as an officer for her husband’s electrical contracting firm, Waggener Electric. In addition to real estate Janine enjoys travel, music, midcentury design and architecture. An accomplished vocalist since her teens, Janine performed with Bay Area bands and continues to sing with Placerville area musicians. She was the vocalist for local rock band, Hot Diggity! voted Placerville’s «Best Local Band» in 2006 and currently has a new musical project in the works.
