Foothill did our pest inspection for a new home purchase last month. They did miss a few things, BUT they were the more responsive company I have ever dealt with. They have great communication skills with quick and detailed phone calls and emails. They came back out to the house within a day or two and started the repairs immediately after they reinspected.
When doing this kind of work sometimes things can get overlooked. How a company responds to this can create a dream come true or a nightmare. In my experience, Foothill is a stand-​up company who will make sure you are taken care of. I wish everyone did business like these guys.

Kyburz, CA
We have a cabin near Kyburz on the American river. Cabins require frequent maint. due to the altitude and weather. Having Foothill nearby is a real benefit. We have had Foothill rebuild decks, hang new exterior doors, plumbing rerouted, and other minor repairs. Their pricing is very fair, and the workmanship is excellent. They show up at the agreed time and get the work done. We will continue to use them whenever needed.
