History

Established in 1986.

Owner Jeff Fales has been in the Bail Bond industry since 1985 and has held various different position during that time. Jeff started in this industry after serving an LDS Mission in Chile and upon returning needed a job. This led Jeff to working for a Sacramento Bail Bond Company for approx. 4 ½ years as an agent. January 1 of 1990 Jeff purchased 49er Bail Bonds from a friend and ran that business as its owner until 1998. At that time he sold the business and I stayed on to manage it for the new owners. After 2 years, 49er was again sold, to Aladdin Bail Bonds. Jeff again stayed on to manage the branch until December of 2012.

I have once again opened up my own Bail Bond Company under my old name of «49er Bail Bonds». At 49er I hope to be able to provide the same professional, non-​judgemental, client based, customer service that I have been offering my clients for over 27 years.

Owner Jeff Fales has been helping reunite family and friends through his bail bond services since 1985 making him the most experienced and knowledgeable Bail Bondsman in El Dorado County.

Jeff is a family man and together with his most awesome wife Patti; they have six wonderful children which they have raised together here in El Dorado County. In addition to raising their own children Jeff and Patti are also Foster Parents and appreciate the opportunity to provide love and care to children that have been displaced from their families and the environment that they know for one reason or another.

Jeff understands that it is not usually a comfortable situation to be in when seeking out a bail bond. There may be fear, embarrassment, confusion or any other number of sentiments that go through ones mind and body while a loved one is in jail. Jeff strives to provide professional, non-​judgmental, friendly and comforting service to all who call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
