Shady and his team do awesome work! I first came to him to get consulting on how to structure my business to optimize my tax savings, and he was able to walk me through it and take care of the transition. I had to switch from an LLC to an S Corp, while filing in two states, and it was a very complicated process. However, in the end it all got done on time and there was no need to worry, and I got a massive refund for 2014. Besides being extremely competent, Shady and his staff are very professional, friendly, encouraging, honest, and ethical and moral. I’d recommend them to anyone!
