By far the worst experience at a Subway, EVER. I have been coming here for over 2 years and frankly, I have had enough. The lady(asian) who is probably the owner is SO rude — I simply refuse to give her my business. She rushes you, doesn’t give you enough veggies and SHAKESHERHEAD when you make a request like«can I have a little more lettuce»? There are so many Subway’s around with great service. I will NEVER return here. On a side note, the employees have been great it is only this one person who makes the visit unpleasant.

I go to this subway frequently because it is down the street from my work, the food is great. I recommended to ask for Robert to make your sandwich if you want it made the correct way without everything falling out on you when you go to eat it later, plus he is a cutie ;) everyone else has either messed up my sandwich or given me rude attitude during my order. All in all a decent spot for some quick lunch

The Asian manager here is a B****. I just asked if they can ring me up a half sandwich and a soup. The rude manager told me «we don’t have that, can you tell me how I can ring that up?» and I replied«I don’t know? YOUWORKHERE, you tell me!» The Manager lacked her customer service skills. The workers were kind enough to let me know that they used to have that option but not anymore. I don’t understand how some people can run a business and be rude to their customers. Common sense don’t be rude to your customers because they’re bring the money in.

Asked for some fresh cookies as I saw them right out of the oven. I got a grouch face instantly but he went to get them then came back grouchily mumbled he had to get me these cookies which were in the display. Didn’t give me any reason why, obviously just trying to push the older ones. I declined he got annoyed then pushed drinks, I said no and proceeded to pay. I do agree with others, the cleanliness was a bit suspect but didn’t witness any serious hazards on my visit just bad customer service.

This place did not get low rating by fellow Unilocalers for no reason. At one time they made good subs for you, but my last 5 or 6 visits, the sub makers were sloppy. I tolerated all these time, but finally, on my last visit, I asked for mayo and the guy only cover ¾ of sub with it, and when I asked for more, he just overloaded the whole sub with bad attitude, I took it home and the whole thing was soggy behind imagination… OK, you just lost a customer who frequents your Subway at least once a week…

Ordered a cold cut. Came home with food poisoning. That is all. Oh — apparently TWO! of my coworkers received food posing here as well. They told me if they knew i was going to subway for lunch they would have told me to go to the subway 2 minutes away on Lakeview or there is another one on Yorba Linda blvd. Stay clear away from this one. I have no idea what’s going on at this location.

I subway! But the Asian owner/manager is SOOOoooo rude and abrupt! Also, I have call the Health Dept. on the Asian lady because I have seen her take her dog in and out of the back food prep area as she waits for the groomers, which are a few doors down, to open. Obviously the Health Dept hasn’t done anything about that issue, because when I stop to put gas in my car before work, I still see her walking in and out of Subway with her dog. This not only is not sanitary, but what else does she do in the back prep area that we don’t know about. I wonder how much dog hair is lingering around on the food.

I really like this Subway, but the Asian lady is back. The line workers are very nice and they make the sandwiches very well. But the Asian owner lady is rude and very abrupt. I don’t like her style with the customers. I’m sure she’s trying her best as it’s hard to run a shop like this. She should delagate authority to a lead person.

this is the best Subway in the area Alex really knows his stuff he new how to do the Old School cut(when Subway first opened) and he took his time to show the employee how to cut the bread and make the sandwich if he is not the manager he should be will be coming back to this Subway it is the best.

I have been going to this Subway since 2004, but I’m done! The staff is friendly, but in my opinion, the owner/manager is only concerned about profit and knows nothing about customer service. She has become more friendly in the last few years. Before then, she would always push you to get a combo and would get annoyed if you said no. Also, when I would go to pay she would always choose my payment method as «debit.» She never gave me the option of using my card as a credit card. I found out the reason is she can charge a fee if you use it as a debit card, and using it as a credit card is free. I’ve tolerated her for years now, and didn’t care that much because this is the closest location to my work. But today, after I paid I looked at the receipt and realized that they made the wrong sandwich. I went back and she just looked at me. She didn’t offer to have her staff remake the sandwich, or even apologize. I’ve been going there for almost 10 years. She knows me! I can’t believe she wouldn’t at least offer. I know it’s just a freaking sandwich, but I’m over it. I would rather drive an extra mile than go back there.

Unspeakably rude service, with staffers that go beyond stingy with the veggies. When I ordered a Veggie Delight here and asked for«a bit more spinach and green peppers,» the staffer made a big production of placing two more teeny-tiny spinach leaves and two dinky shreds of pepper. «Enough?» she growled, her face screwed up in one of the most extreme fuchi expressions I can remember. Worse, they ding you extra any time you want to pay with a debit card. No. Nyet. Nopety-nope. Nevermore. P. S. The parking lot at this Subway’s center is brutal at lunch, so drive über-defensively should you be brave enough to take your chances here.

I only stop here in the mornings when I need to get gas the 76 station in the same parking lot. On those mornings, it always seems to be the same two women working and they are both very friendly. Aside from that, it’s not a great visit. There is a SERIOUS cleanliness problem at this subway. I watched the lady working assemble the sandwich before mine with 1 knife and then wipe it off ONTHECOUNTER and start making my sandwich. I was the«difficult» customer that asked for a new knife and to start my sandwich over — no telling how many times that knife had been used or when the edge of the board was cleaned. I know gross shit happens all the time at fast food places, but just have the decency to not shove it in my face. Two stars just because the employees are nice and I doubt the lack of supplies and/or lack of training isn’t entirely their fault. Still, I’ll find a new place to grab breakfast on 76 mornings. Avoid this place.

Ordered one of my two subs, a friend of one of the workers comes in & orders her sub, I get skipped. Order my second sub, the owner tried to pay out a guy behind me, who she knew. Then realized it was my turn to pay. Before him. She was so rude, didn’t even say thank you & rushed me to take care of the nice gentleman behind me. Pretty sure she over charged me too! $ 15 for 2 $ 5 foot longs, sm drink &1 bag of chips… As a customer this subway has horrible service, no appreciation and rude. Not going back there again!

Ordered their tuna sandwich, and the tuna was the consistency of dip, almost the consistency of gravy. It was disgusting. Please put much less mayo in the tuna… I ordered a tuna sandwich, not a mayo sandwich.

This Subway was horrible! Not only was the lady stingy on everything, we gave her a «Buy one foot-long, get one for $ 5» coupon and she tried to rip us off by charging us $ 5 for a $ 3 sandwich. Her excuse? That Subway’s corporate office wouldn’t let her adjust it and we had to pay what they said. When we told her, we’d just pay for everything in full and asked for our coupon back for another Subway, she told us no and continued to argue with us, that even though we didn’t use the coupon, it was no longer good. She tried to tell us that it was Subway’s rules. Worst part, she was the owner. Don’t ever go to this Subway.
