Sparkle N Shine

We tried several other companies before finding Sparkle n Shine, so we know there are a lot of «duds» out there — companies who over-​promise and under deliver, employees who only work when the supervisor is there, etc. Sparkle n Shine is NOT like the others!!! Jen and Gregg (the owners) are amazing to work with, and have the highest of standards for all of their employees. They do great work, are as OCD as I am when it comes to cleaning my house, and respond to special requests and schedule changes with grace. They are friendly and respectful, work around even the craziest of schedules, don’t mind my shedding pets, and have totally reasonable prices. I also love their policy that if they miss something, or if you are unhappy with anything, they will send someone out to fix it immediately.
If you need your home cleaned, and have high expectations, Call Sparkle n Shine! You won’t be disappointed!

Sparkle n shine is wonderful! It was really easy to schedule a time and they are very accommodating. They even let me add on some deep cleaning (oven and inside windows) for a reasonable additional fee! I highly recommend them!

Need to get my house cleaned really bad! Jennifer the Owner picked up and we spoke briefly. She worked out the schedule nicely and was very accommodating considering it was such short notice.
Two girls came Oliva and Ebony. I love that I was able to communicate effectively with them and they did exactly what I asked. I would like to add I’m extremely particular!!! When I came home after they finished, I was in awe. I actually called Jennifer to thank her for such an outstanding job. They even folded the toilet paper .

A good, honest cleaning company.
I love how clean and organized everything is when they’re done. They are always very punctual and are done and out within 2 – 3 hours.
The owner texts out reminders for my monthly cleaning days, which I really appreciate. And I love that she is so easy to get in touch with and flexible with my schedule.

I was referred to Sparkle N Shine by a family member a little more than two years ago when I moved into a place that had been lived in by the same person for about 40 years. I did not even want to think about taking on the task of trying to clean the place before I moved my stuff in, so I used Sparkle N Shine to do a thorough one time move in/​move out service. Unfortunately since I don’t live in their regular service area I was not able to obtain services from them on a regular basis. Then a few weeks ago, I found I needed to hire a company to do another move in/​move out for a place my daughter was going to be moving into that was in their service area. The service was just completed and I am very pleased with the results.
I really like the fact that this is an owner/​operated company because Jen takes great pride in the services that are provided by her company. She (or sometimes her husband) communicate with customers directly and customers have a direct line to the owner, (even if the owner is not the person cleaning your place there is accountability there). The first time I had a cleaning she sent a crew of two people to clean my place and the second time, she and her husband did the job. She told me that she will not send out anyone to work on a job unless she has personally trained them to complete the work to her exacting standards. The other thing I like is that not only can you, as a customer easily communicate with Jen, you can communicate with anyone she sends out to work on your job. With cleaning, communicating your needs and expectations is really important so I really appreciate this.
She is very upfront with what services are included in a job and what services are not and if there are extra charges for anything she’ll let you know. At the job she just completed for me, there was a lot of greasy build-​up in the kitchen and it impacted her ability to get some of the surfaces as clean as she would have liked during the time she had scheduled for the job. She was very candid with me about the items that were completed perfectly and the things that still needed more work. If I was going to use Sparkle N Shine on a regular basis I am sure the items she pointed out as needing more work could have been very easily addressed with additional services (or more time on the day of service). However she knew I wasn’t going to be living there, so she didn’t try to sell me service or upgrade the cleaning I had ordered to something other than what we had agreed to. I really appreciated the professionalism and the bottom-​line attitude. If I lived in the area (North Orange County) serviced by Sparkle N Shine and needed cleaning on a regular basis, this is definitely a company that I would use and I would feel comfortable referring friends and family as well.
