McDonald’s

Drive thru took 25 min and my food was burned pretty badly. How lazy must one be to not throw out the burned food and grab the next one on the rack, it’s not like they actually cook back there.

Slowest. Drive-​through. Ever.
Every time I come through here instead of the one a mile away on Chapman I wonder why. You’d think they were making filet mignon and raising their own vegetables, for the length of time it takes.

My fiancé loves this McDonald’s because they know after the 6 months she’s been living in the area how to make her frappés. Extra caramel and extra whip cream and some of the more knowledgeable people who work there put the medium size in a large sized cup to make room for more whipped cream. She loves that and it’s almost every day $ 3.88 goes to making her day a little better!

Friendly staff, they brought the food to my table. Good location easy to get in and out of. Part of my daily routine.

Okay, we’ll all admit that McDonald’s is one of those homey/​comfort foods that you sometimes can’t help but go to. Plus, it can be a quick meal during a busy day. Unfortunately, with this day and age of careers and economics, it’s definitely a plus for hubby and I to have this McDonald’s so close by. And, hell yes to breakfast all day!
Never had too much of an issue. We tend to take the drive-​thru quite often. It was a little odd to try and get to the drive-​thru the first time, as it actually loops through part of the CVS parking lot, so you just have to be careful to not cut in line if you go through the entrance closest to Avalon Bagels and Burgers.
Hubby likes the fact that they gave him a good amount of sweet and sour sauce for his chicken nuggets instead of just one packet. I like the fact that I get my egg McMuffins without any mistakes.
Service has been fine. Folks, remember, it is EXTREMELY difficult to be in the hospitality/​service industry. Be nice to people.
Cheap, fast food, just like how it’s supposed to be.

I’m really in favor of supporting local businesses, but when let homeless people sleep inside the restaurant I’m done!!!

Hands down the SLOWEST Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. They take the «fast» out of fast food. Their fries made the star go up to 2.

They clearly don’t want you to «dine in» at this renovated location. Always dirty. Today there are flies everywhere. Tables sticky from syrup. Drink area also a mess. The 30 minute time limit sign makes me laugh. Get me out of here as quickly as possible. I guess it’s my fault for eating Mc Donald’s in the 1^st place.

Every time it’s messed up. Lunch time today I drove thru. Ordered a Chicken Artisan sandwich plain. Of course it had everything. I ordered the grilled sesame chicken salad. Whoops once again I had to settle for balsam vinegar dressing because they were out of sesame ginger. Didn’t matter anyway because they gave me a Southwest salad. THIS franchise needs a retraining
Never again. Plus the drive thru cars off Kraemer stop… and the bank customers are waiting to turn in !! I’m heading to Placentia/​Chapman. Or Yorba Linda Blvd. -

This could be the slowest service place in the world!!! We have waited close to 20 minutes for our food. I can’t believe it’s called fast food. We have waited less at a sit down restaurants

I was in today at 4pm and encountered something horrible from the manager. A woman who clearly had a visible disability was turned away by Monica because the woman had all change (mostly pennies) and she was trying to buy a small coffee but Monica told her she can’t take her change because it will hold up the line and asked her to step to the side to count her change then get back in line. After that, the guest got back in line and Monica told the guest next time she will not take her change and for her to go to the bank to change out her change for bills. I thought this was very unprofessional and uncalled for. Regardless, it’s money, you accept the payment. If it’s going to back up your line, then use one of the other 10 people you have to open the register RIGHT NEXT to you. Please do something about this. I’ve called corporate as well. I will NOT go back to this location ever again. I will make the drive to go to another one.

Never going to this McDonald’s again the place is dirty and the manager named Monica Is rude! There was a customer who was disabled and u can totally see that she was anyways she ordered a small coffee and was going to pay in change tidbit was pennies but it’s still money anyway she told the women to go to the side and count out her change herself because it was to much work for her to do it would take-​up the line so the customer did so and then went back in line and ordered her coffee again and the Monica said very loudly that next time the customer will have to go to the bank and get her Chang exchanged for bills because it’s not her job to count out that much change and they won’t allow it next time

I have written an official complaint to customer service and have yet to hear from anybody about resolving the issue. The manager here, I think her name is Pau or Pow, is very rude. I can’t believe she even climbed the latter to manager. Maybe I shouldn’t have expected much as it is McDonald’s.

Seriously, how do you screw up McDonald’s food? Isn’t it like cloned and exactly the same at every location? To start with, the fries are just foul. They have a really strange, rancid taste and the first time it happened, I thought it was fluke but that was when they first reopened, months ago. Today I left a small order sitting in my living room for a few minutes and the entire room smelled like rancid oil! We’ve also had burned Egg McMuffins, burgers drowned in ketchup and and flat sodas. The shake machine is always broken, you can get behind one car in the drive thru and sit for 10 minutes or behind 10 cars and be out of there in 2 minutes. You never know what you’re going to get.
The only things that even rates any stars is the employees, who are surprisingly nice and helpful, despite all the screws ups and horrible food.
I guess the best solution is to just stop eating crap and make my own lunch, right?

This Mcdonalds is annoying they refused to give me an oatmeal with no water and not to mention my sausage McMuffin looked like charcoal.

I feel as though I should temper my expectations, as it is a McDonalds, but this place is so sub par it’s almost a joke. The food is never fast. The dining room is so poorly laid out that no one has anywhere to wait for their food (which is always a long wait) and when they get it they’re lucky if they can find a seat available, let alone a clean one. The drive thru is just as slow. Thankfully they raised their price to go along with the redesign of the restaurant, so you can pay more for worse service. If I didn’t live within walking distance, I would never come here. Hey, I’m moving next month? Awesome! I will never come here again!
Oh, yeah, the food? Average for McDonalds at best. You know how sometimes you get McDonalds and you are pleasantly surprised? That doesn’t happen here.

Love the new décor. The people are very friendly here. The food was excellent. Very clean. The smoothies and frappes are great. Better than those ‘coffee’ places and cheaper too.

Been here a few times, always got take outs for a quick lunch or dinner. Didn’t really want to complain, but…
One time I ordered 3 burgers, asked for Ketchup, lady gave me two packages and walked away.
One time I ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese, half the cheese was outside the bun on both of them.
One time I went in around 6:30pm, there was only one cashier, and there were 5 people ahead of me in line. I had gone inside because there were half a dozen cars at drive-​thru. I could go on, but why bother.
What amazed me was they’re always busy, why? But then again, why did I keep going back too???
