We got great service from Kevin. He was quick to quote and his crew got the job done on time. We had some issues with caulking a few months after the paint job but he took care of it on a follow-​up visit. Definitely recommended.

Need to give him a couple of months lead time he is that busy very satisfied with the work house looks 100% better price was reasonable too

Kevin’s crew painted our home on the inside, and we couldn’t have been happier. The job is the best we’ve seen and has held up well. There was no over spray, which we have experienced with other painters. Also, there was no mess for us to clean up. We would definitely recommend Kevin.

I was referred to Kevin by a coworker. His wife is a real estate agent and recommends Kevin’s Painting to all her clients. I’m glad I went with him. He wasn’t the cheapest but I am a big believer that you get what you pay for. It should be noted the his price was not unreasonable and was cheaper than most other quotes I received. We had the interior of our home painted, a two story 2200 sq ft home. His guys showed up on time each day (it was a two day job) and were very friendly. I was fresh off of back surgery from just a week before they showed up and they were very accommodating with what areas I wanted painted first so I could be as comfortable as possible during the process. Amazingly they did an immaculate job and literally left no mess behind other than a bit of dust on the kitchen counters. Big whoop. Took my son about 2 minutes to clean it up. His workers were friendly and had no attitude when I pointed out some areas that needed some touching up. I’ll definitely go back to Kevin for any future painting projects. I have received multiple compliments on the work they did. The only thing I would suggest is plan ahead on booking him because it was a 2 month wait from the time he showed up at our house to give an estimate until the time they were available to start on my home. A house is usually the most expensive thing a person buys in their lifetime and you want to treat it with as much care as you can. Kevin’s Painting quality of work is consistent with the treatment you would want for your home.

Called Kevin’s Painting and was pleasantly surprised to actually speak to the owner directly. He was very courteous, professional and willing to work with our schedule to set up a visit for an estimate. He arrived right on time and was cleanly dressed with a company logo work shirt. Kevin discussed that although he wouldn’t directly be performing the work, his foreman and workers (which whom he specified were his same employees and not home depot hire-​outs) would be doing the job. He provided a quote immediately after the walk around which notated certain requests that we had discussed earlier. (It was reassuring to have the fine details laid out on the quote knowing we wouldn’t have to ask/​remind him or his workers of specifics later on.)
The things that stood out above other companies and the reasons we hired him was because he was that we could feel that he genuinely wants to please his customers. He is honest, friendly and doesn’t make you feel like an idiot when asking remedial questions (like when you point to a part of the house and say «can you paint that thing?»). But more importantly, we not only wanted someone who was skilled but was also licensed for our peace of mind. Kevin’s quote was the least expensive of any licensed company we received a quote from and he was the only one recommended from Angie’s List. Another thing which he offered that no one else did was the fact that the paint has a light reflective value rating, so we could factor in (or rule out) certain colors that has a low reflective value which would fade more quickly. Now, it’s not to say the other brand of paints by the other companies don’t have this same rating, but Kevin is the only one who was willing to inform and educate us of the rating so that we were able to make a conscience color decision for our money. A few days after the estimate, we called to schedule the job.
Specifically his company performed an exterior sanding and painting job on the house, 15ft x 20ft wooden deck, wooden siding, 10ft x 12ft shed, all gates, painted the front door and garage door and did stucco and texture coating repair and paint using Dunn-​Edwards paint. Our home is single story at 1,200 sqft.
About a week before the start date, Kevin called to let me know they were a bit behind schedule due to recent heavy winds for the past few weeks, so we rescheduled a few weeks later. Then at the end of the last week before the revised start date I received a call stating they were caught up and would start the following morning to jump on all the wood siding sanding and repair.
His work crew arrived right on time each morning and by the time we got home from (which was 5:15pm), the crew were either just about to leave or had already left for the day. If they were still there when we arrived, the foreman would give us a status update on their progress. The total job covered 4 days. On the last day of the job, the crew had already left and we noticed the bill (which was an exact copy of our original quote) was on the front door step. That evening, my spouse and I walked around and found some small things here and there that we felt still needed some attention. It was mostly small areas that were either missed, had a little paint over-​spray or or texture coating was not fully filled in. I contacted Kevin to ask that we do a walk around together which we did the following week. When we went around the house, every thing we mentioned, no matter how embarrassingly tiny it was, Kevin wrote down so that he can have the same foreman back out to touch up. He did not question, dismiss, or dispute anything we asked and wanted to be sure we were more than satisfied with his company’s work. A few days later, the foreman arrived at their normal start time and took care of all the touch ups we asked for.
Overall, we are exceptionally happy with Kevin’s Painting Service. The only thing I regret is not asking for enough business cards because after sharing our positive experience with family and friends, you will be asked for many cards! We really do have a painter for life!

We had are house done couple months ago they did a great job. They came back to do some touch up work and they were quick about to come out. They cleaned up while they were there each day. They also did extra work on the house and we thought that there prices were good

Very happy with their work. Kevin went out of his way to help us select our final colors. His workers arrived on time each morning (3 day job) and were courteous at all times no matter how many times I asked them questions or pointed something out. When finished they cleaned-​up as you would expect & want them to. Kevin’s price was very fair and competitive, I had received 3 bids and selected Kevin’s.
