Dale and his team are top-​notch. It’s hard to find an honest, consistent, quality mechanic. I’ve taken a Mercedes, Jeep and 2 Fords there over the past several years and plan to keep coming back. I highly recommend Crady’s!

Have always brought my cars here and had good luck. Recently bought a Corvette that had a lot of issues. They handled my nightmare of a car just like I had hoped. Rare to find shops these days that you can trust and count on, Crady’s automotive is one. So much better than one of the chain shops that will take advantage of you.

My neighbors had been telling me to take my cars here for servicing, I didn’t out of shear convenience to take to Weir Canyon Honda. After a three week ordeal with attempts to get my 2001 Honda Accord fixed at Weir, I took my car to Dale at Crady’s. Very nice and honest people here. An incredible experience. Guess what, he didn’t fix my car. But, I am writing this review because he was HONEST! He felt it was an electrical problem with a door module that Weir left in the car after they removed the Clifford alarm. The windows aren’t rolling down, after Weir «fixed» the other problem with the car. Such a refreshing attitude from professional and honest repair people. He was great about explaining things to me and gave me a reccommendation to car alarm business that could fix it much faster than him. And he DIDN’T charge me for the diagnosis.
He is getting all of my business now. Thank you Dale and staff!!!

Need to update the hours that they are open ( Unilocal App). Having a vehicle that is not working is one thing. Towing it to a place that’s says they are open and finding out they are closed is a whole other hassle.

Yay! — It’s a good feeling to have when you realize you FINALLY found a really great place to work on your car! My poor 2001 Jetta is an old lady and the AC has been out for at least 3 months and I’ve been putting off fixing it. But with the heat we’ve been having lately, I caved and knew I needed to take it somewhere. Found Crady’s on Unilocal,dropped it off at 9am & had it back before 1pm! Not only did they fix the issue, they were a fraction of the cost, and so super friendly (both on the phone & in person). I could definitely tell they appreciated the business. They were WAY less than what my fiancé paid 2 weeks ago at a big name place for the exact same problem. I’m so happy to have AC again — thank you guys! My fiancé and I both have your cards in our wallets and will be back for anything else we need fixed!

Amazing place. I called and asked for an estimate for what I thought was the problem and the estimate was a very good price. Took my car in to have them look at it turns out I was wrong and had a much bigger problem (s). The estimate they gave me was still a very good price. But an expensive fix. I was given a lot of options for what I can do. And the estimated time to fix the problem was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not feel rushed to make my decision or anything. If I have any future car problems that I can’t fix I will be going to them for it. I definitely recommend them! The shop also is decorated very cool. Loved it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Took my Jeep here today, actually this was my first time visiting Crady’s Automotive. In the past I have always taken my cars to my brother, but don’t want to inconvenience him.
First off the waiting room and the repair bays appeared VERY clean and orderly which was a really good sign to see.
Oh, forgot to add that when I first called, they didn’t rush me off the phone, but took time to listen to me, I really liked that.
Back to my review, the owner checked my car in, she was really nice. I really like how they will tell you what is wrong with your car without charging you (this doesn’t include a computer diagnostic). This is a big trust builder!
At the end of the day, if you want a friendly welcoming place to get your car fixed, this is your place.

Reasonably priced, competent, and honest aren’t three thing you usually think of when you think of mechanics. Crady’s is all of the above. Dale and the gang at Crady’s will do it right.

We are new to the area and one of my headlights on my GMC Acadia went out. I found Crady’s here on Unilocal and gave them a call — they said to come right over! The place is easy to find and super clean/​comfortable. Embarrassingly, my light was working just fine when they turned them on so after they checked it over a few times and drove it over a little bump to see if it was maybe something loose, I didn’t wind up needing any service. They were SO NICE and honest! I can’t believe how blessed I am to have found such a great business!!! They didn’t charge me anything for their time, either. They really care about their customers. I will not go anywhere else for my future car repair needs! Thank you Crady’s for the excellent service!!!

I’m somewhat new in the area and wasn’t satisfied with the local Chrysler dealership that worked on my PT Cruiser in the past; they tried to upsell me with work I really didn’t need. The car started making a whirring noise in the front end and I deduced it was a wheel bearing problem. It also had an oil leak that had just started. Never had a fluid leak with this car before so I was concerned. I decided not to go back to Chrysler this time and checked Unilocal where I came upon the stellar ratings for Crady’s. I made a call on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Dale who was more than willing to take a look at it that day but it wasn’t necessary as I just wanted to make an appointment. Brought it in Monday and spoke with Dale. He called back a few hours later and told me that it was indeed the right wheel bearing had gone bad. The left bearing was ok but was starting to make noise, too. The oil leak turned out to be from the oil filter. He suggested that they change out the bad bearing and do an oil change and new oil filter. I was fine with that and told Dale that they may as well replace the other bearing as well. He then gave me a quote over the phone and I picked it up the next day. The final bill was below his quote!
Crady’s Automotive is the best place to take your car for service! They are friendly, professional and fair priced. I feel just as comfortable having my car serviced by Crady’s as I did with our former mechanic back in Illinois who was a personal friend of ours! Highly Recommended!

These guys are great! They fit me in at a moment’s notice and did really good work at a fair and honest price! Cant ask for much more than that. I recommend them highly.

We have known the Crady’s for years but never knew how good their automotive repair was until this summer. We have a 2008 Edge that my daughter uses in Oregon for college. While it was home we took it into Fairway Ford because it was making a horrible noise. They quoted us $ 4800 for a completely new transmission and cooling fan. We decided to take the car to Crady’s for a second opinion. The noise was coming from the rear wheel bearings and the cooling fan wasn’t broken but it’s sensor was. Everything fixed and good as new plus new rear brakes for less than $ 1,000! We are hooked and will be loyal customers for many years to come! Thanks to Jamie Crady and Dale for taking care of us!

The dealership quoted me $ 1200 for a knock sensor that Crady’s figured out wasn’t bad, it was the harness that they fixed for a fraction of the cost. The dealer also said I had a leak in my oil cooler seal that Crady’s said was not so at all… if anything some oil dripped from an oil change… saved me about $ 800.
Even better while I was there I mentioned the trouble my pretty savvy husband’s truck was having that he nor two other shops could figure out how to fix. Dale said to bring it in and he fixed it in half a day under his quote which was about $ 4000 cheaper than another shop. Crady’s is the real deal! Thank you Dale and your team!

Dale and the people here always help me out. My dad and I have been coming here for at least 6 years. Honest work and good prices. My headlight went out on my sorta newer car. Easy fix. Used to do it all the time by myself on my first car. For the life of me couldn’t figure it out on my new car. I moved to newport and didn’t want to drive out here. Went to pep boys real quick thinking I’ll pay a little more but needed it fixed that day. They told me it would be $ 120 just to switch the headlight. I already bought the part. I laughed and walked out. Made it here just before they closed and Dale did it within 5 minutes. He said he was tough to do and told me why it was difficult. Now I know I’ll always make the trip to get my car fixed here

I was referred to Crady’s Automotive from a friend. So I decided to go in for an oil change and a general inspection.
For once i received an honest service estimate regarding my transmission service as well as my brakes.

Some backstory: We have taken my husbands truck to Firestone several times over the past year and each time they’ve been unable to diagnose what the issue was. My hubby made an appointment with Crady’s for the next day. Crady’s took their time to figure out what the heck was going on with his car and fixed it and I believe they fixed it for a very fair cost. I feel like at Firestone they were so anxious to move us in and out they never actually tried to figure out what the issue was whereas Crady’s took their time. We will definitely be taking all of our cars here from here on out when service is needed!

When my 5 yr lease ended on my Honda Accord, I had to decide whether to return the car and buy a new one or just buy out the leased vehicle. Based on Kelly’s Bluebook, I knew the asking price for my Accord was fair but I wanted to have the car inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing just to make sure there were no lurking issues (despite the fact that my car had been well maintained), etc. My aunt & uncle recommended Crady’s so I thought I’d give them a try.
Crady’s was incredibly accommodating and Dale, the manager, told me to bring the car at my convenience and they’d inspect it. The day I dropped it off, Crady’s did a thorough inspection of the car, advised me of what repairs would need to be made in the near future (new brakes which Honda had also mentioned) and advised me on the best course of action moving forward — all at no charge. I was thoroughly impressed with their friendly and thorough professionalism and told them I planned to buy the car and would bring it back to them for service as soon as I had title of it.
Upon acquiring title, I brought the car back for new brakes (front & back), an oil change, a diagnostic for the A/​C (it wasn’t working at all… straight up torture in CA in august), & a new driver side mirror (clipped it on the garage one under-​caffeinated morning). I dropped it off on a Friday morning and told them I was ok with them keeping it over the weekend since Honda couldn’t get them the new mirror til Monday morning. Monday morning I got a call to say the car was all ready save the mirror — Honda had sent them a scratched mirror and they didn’t want to put it on unless I was ok with that. I told them I could wait another day and so they ordered the replacement mirror and had the car ready by lunchtime the next day.
All in all, the repairs were done well and quickly for a very reasonable price. Plus, the people at Crady’s put me at ease with their friendly, straightforward approach. I would definitely go back (I plan to when I need to put new tires on my car) and I would also recommend them to friends and family.
