All Occasions Bartending covered our 125 guest wedding at Bommer Canyon in Irvine, CA. Shawn was a breath of fresh air in the wedding planning process. He was extremely responsive, detailed, and professional. We served beer, wine, and two home brew pony kegs, and Shawn was fast and friendly. Shawn’s shopping list recommendation was also a perfect blue print — we pretty much nailed the amount of alcohol to buy. I would definitely recommend Shawn and would use them again for a large party.

Unlike most vendors, Shawn showed up EARLIER then the agreed time and we spent about 20 minutes finding the perfect location for the bar. Originally we wanted it inside, but it worked better outside (fortunately we had heaters!).
We requested a certain «drink of the night» which he helped us locate the ingredients and made with perfection!
His professionalism and detail was very much appreciated and helped to make our party a success!

Shawn was the bartender for my wedding. He created two Bourbon drinks that were big hits! We communicated regularly the weeks before the big day and he was always punctual and thorough with everything. He was very kind and patient with all my questions and took the time to answer them fully. On the day, he was on time, positive, and proactive. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

We hired Shawn last weekend for my 50^th Birthday Party. He did a phenomenal job from start to finish. When I say START I mean START. From our first contact, Shawn was very professional and made the whole thing simple. This was the first time we’ve done a hosted bar so we had no idea what was needed or what to buy.
Shawn discussed everything with us. The number of people, type of drinks we wanted to serve, length of time we’d be serving and even asked if we wanted a specialty drink. He asked about the location and if we had a bar already. After that he simply sent us a list of what we needed to buy for drinks and mixers and we were done.
He arrived early to set up and be fully prepared by our start time. He made sure he had everything he needed before our guests started arriving.
Once the party started, Shawn made sure he took care of our guests and we relaxed and enjoyed their company. He was a lot of fun. He even took some great pictures during the party and sent us copies.
We would definitely use Shawn again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great bartender!!! 6 stars

Shawn is amazing!!! We received his contact info through gigmasters, and he very promptly and professionally responded to our inquiry. He was not pushy at all, but made sure to followup with us to determine if we’d decided to go with a bartender. Once we confirmed, he was incredibly easy to communicate with via email, text and phone. Our venue required we provide all of his credentials and insurance upfront, and they were VERY specific with the exact wording necessary — Shawn was so quick to accommodate all of their requests and made sure we had everything squared away within the day. He bartended our 80 person engagement party single handedly and did an amazing job. Our guests were honestly raving about how great he was that night, and for weeks to come! As an added bonus, he even brought his own camera, snapped group shots for us, and made sure my mom (who is obsessed with taking photos) received copies of all the photos he took. Can not recommend this man enough. He will definitely be bartending all of our future events!!!

All Occasions Bartending covered our 300 guest wedding in Downtown LA. At our venue we had the luxury of providing our own alcohol and then hiring a bartending service which saved us big bucks.
Shawn (owner) was very responsive and apologized if there were a couple days of delay of a response, I discussed with him my vision and he sent a «shopping list» of things we would need. From that point we just ordered through Bevmo (comes with free delivery over $ 500) and then we were good to go!
Shawn and his team arrived promptly and set up and were VERY busy the entire night as our friends were having a great time, so they were pretty much hustling the whole night. They had really great attitudes the entire night and as busy as I was being the bride I could tell they had great rapport with our guests.
They are a great service and will definitely contact them for any future events. Thanks guys!

Shawn is awesome! Very friendly and communication was very easy… he responds to texts, calls and emails quickly. He gave us a list of drinks and what to buy. He was on time for my party. Our guests love him! He was very helpful and friendly. Exceeded my expectation. Will definitely recommend and hire him again in the future! Great job! I asked him if he can stay an hour more and he did!

I recently just started a networking company called SoCal Connect and found Shawn on craigslist. He was very professional. Followed up with me and my business partner all the way up till the day of. He was easy to communicate with through text and social media. Our venue ended up not having a bar but Shawn came prepared with a nice bar of his own. He was very professional and friendly which is perfect since it was a business mixer. He was also very fast and his drinks were great. We definitely hired him again for our second business mixer and plan on hiring him again for the future.
