Business Owner

Beth Mattei-​Miller is a CPDT-​KA and CBCC-​KA with over 10 years experience working with animals. She started working at an animal shelter in 2000 taking her lifelong love of animals and putting it to good use. After six years there working in many capacities, taking numerous dog training courses and working with thousands of dogs and cats, she opened up First Class Canine where she helps clients work on training and behavior issues. Ms. Mattei-​Miller has published two books: Canine Life and Social Skills: A Guide for Training Skills Needed for the K9-​BA and the more recent First Class Puppy: A Guide For Your Puppy’s First Year. She is a member of the Pet Professionals Guild, Association of Animal Behavior Professionals and Association of Pet Dog Trainers.
