History

Established in 2002.

Early on we were part of a larger franchise inspection business but later found our business more suited as a small family run company. In 2005 we change to Campbell Property Inspections and by 2006 Jeremy Campbell began working as an assistant. Jeremy remains with the company today. With two inspectors evaluating homes has become more efficient ensuring quality inspections.

Business Owner

Jeff grew up in Pittston and went to school for Architectural Engineering and works many years as a designer/​draftsman for various home builders. Jeff’s experience in the design office is complemented by actual construction experience from masonry while in college to building his own home in 1989 to various additions and rehabs. Continuous training and staying on top of the latest construction methods and innovations adds to a great service to his clients. Jeff enjoys sports, watching and participating and currently plays wallyball weekly. Jeff has been married to wife Kathleen for over 25 years, having two children Krysty and Jeremy. We welcomed our first granddaughter Kallie in 2009, our second and her baby sister Haylee joined us in 2011, with a third grandbaby expected in Spring 2013.
