FIRST Option has been started out of a true passion for helping people to find the strengths they have to create positive change in their lives. We have a non traditional approach to therapeutic interventions, where we find the co-​therapist option is both effective and embraced. Being able to visit people in their home environments, or in a community setting offers a relaxed and non threatening way of developing a powerful therapeutic relationship. Our «outside of the box» interventions are quite effective with the teenage population and for those who may have struggled in traditional therapy before. We both truly believe that people have the resources and strengths to make positive change. With the right interventions and the full participation of the individuals, change is ALWAYS possible.
