Dayspring Realtors, Inc. was founded by Kathleen G. Hazelett with a vision for a company dedicated to providing the finest real estate services in Berkshire County. Dayspring is known by the team of agents who diligently and professionally work together to provide the best results for our buyers and sellers.

We serve on the boards of many community organizations, and support heavily the work of Habitat for Humanity. We have served the local and state associations of Realtors in the roles of President, Regional Vice President and on numerous committees including the Professional Standards Committee.

Dayspring specializes in buyer and seller representation, homes and investment properties, small business locations, market analysis and consulting, condominiums and land. Relocation services include out-​bound or local relocation and destination services with advance consultation by experienced, knowledgeable professionals and area tours.

We also operate a real estate salesperson licensing course, fulfilling the classroom requirements to sit for the Massachusetts Real Estate Salespersons Exam.

Dayspring Realtors, Inc. was founded with a determination to be different in our approach to serving the community in the purchase and disposition of real estate. Our priority is loyalty and commitment to our client’s interests and issues, with a passion for total honesty and professionalism in all facets of our service.

Our company staff includes Kathy Hazelett, Broker/​Owner, and six associates: Charley Sawyer, Scott Wheeler, Leslie Luppino, Don Raiche, Cheryl Wendling, and Richard Gillespie.

Dayspring Realtors is certified as CBR (Certified Buyer Representative), LMC (Loss Mitigation Certification) and agents have been named Realtor of the Year in 1990 and 2007 by the Berkshire County Board of Realtors. Kathy Hazelett was president of the Berkshire County Board of Realtors in 1990, 1991, and 1993, and Charley Sawyer served as president in 2004. Charley Sawyer also served as the Regional Vice President of the Mass Association of Realtors in 2006 – 2007.

Kathleen Hazelett, founder and manager of Dayspring Realtors and owner/​instructor of Berkshire Center for Real Estate Education (Massachusetts Licensing program) has been in the real estate business in Berkshire County for over 35 years. She has participated in, or overseen, over 3,000 transactions.

A resident of Berkshire County since 1980, Kathy has a deep appreciation for the beauty and opportunities in the Berkshires. There are few places where the rural aspect of the area comes together with so many music, theater, upscale shopping and restaurant offerings, as well as a myriad of outdoor activities. Kathy has spent many hours of volunteer time to benefit Habitat for Humanity, the local Chamber of Commerce, the local Board of Realtors, the Angel Tree program, United Way, the Pittsfield Parade Committee and the Berkshire Christian School. She is a long term member of Hope Church in Lenox, MA, and is married to her husband, Randy, an Occupational Therapy assistant.
