My dog, as well as her bed, leash and collar, were damp and very very smelly when I picked her up after just 2 nights. Really concerning. She absolutely needs a bath. The dog bed is already in the laundry. I won’t be using their boarding services again.

The best in boarding in Berkshire County. We have a boxer who suffers from separation anxiety and as a boxer is naturally very anxious. The first time we left him at the Animal Inn we came home to a dog who didn’t want to leave! They are friendly, attentive and a clean facility. Upon picking up your pet you will get a full report on what they did while you were away and how they acclimated. I appreciate that they know my dog by name and know he is taken well care of by the way he responds to the staff. I wouldn’t take our dog anywhere else. I wish Unilocal had 10 stars because that is what I would give the Animal Inn!
