So, fun fact about me: I have never been that big of a beer drinker. Sure, I’ll drink beer sometimes. I enjoy it well enough when I do. But at the end of the day I’m a wine and cocktail kind of girl, which means our local Wine & Spirits Stores are much more up my alley. This is the one that’s most convenient for my family and I to shop at, so someone ends up stopping in here periodically to restock the liquor cabinet. I won’t pretend that it’s the biggest or fanciest store out there — I don’t think you’re going to find what you’re looking for if you’re looking for reeeeally specific, high-end drinks. But as a general go-to, it’s great! The shelves here are all lined with wines from various parts of the world, multiple kinds of vodkas, rum brands abound, a decent selection of whiskeys… and so on. This store basically has all the basic selections of wine and liquor that you need to keep house guests happy, plus a few extras for special occasions. And unlike a few other local stores, it isn’t so jam packed with booze that you can’t walk without potentially knocking something to the ground. Really, unless you’re expecting this store to be as big as some of the high-end wine and spirit stores in the city, you can’t go wrong with stopping in here and looking for something that will go with your next fun occasion. Don’t feel obligated to drive out of your way to go here, but if you’re in the area, stop on in and enjoy browsing.
