History

Established in 2008.

We started in Beckley, West Virginia in 2008 soley as a Singing Telegram service and was a huge hit. Later that year, we decided to expand and opened an office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where we instantly became a household name, leaving behind similar companies that have been in existence since the late 90’s and even the 70’s.

2009 was a big year for us as we started to expand our service nationwide, and are still growing, even into other countries! We were quickly known in Pittsburgh for bringing back a novelty gift that had it’s day in the 70’s and 80’s with great success and are the #1 choice in Pittsburgh!

In 2010 we were voted «Best of The Burgh» by Pittsburgh Magazine, an award that no other company of our kind has ever received, and are on our way to being the largest Singing Telegram and Balloon Delivery company in the nation!

Business Owner

Our Owner and Founder is Keith Berneburg, a Pittsburgh native and veteran entertainer in the Country Music industry. In 2008, Keith started this company with the experience he received from working for Eastern Onion Singing Telegrams in the 90’s, and he vowed to offer Pittsburgh a better Singing Telegram and Balloon company at the lowest prices, and that’s exactly what he did.

Wacky Jack’s is now the biggest and best in Pittsburgh and soon to be across the nation as well!
