Our specialty is moving things, plain and simple. Whether you have a studio apartment full of furniture or an 18,000 square foot warehouse full of inventory, we can move it. For residential moving customers, we offer a full line of services to meet your specific needs in order to make your life easier during the stressful time of moving. Our job skills are diverse and not only do we bring professional manpower, we have top notch problem solving and mechanical ability as well. We are a veteran owned company and most of our staff are veterans who bring you the professionalism and integrity used and refined during their military service.

History

Established in 2006.

Veteran’s Moving serves Pittsburgh and the surrounding area. We started out in the equipment business. We disassembled warehouses, restaurants, cafeterias, and other businesses and transported the equipment to various locations. This evolved into moving household goods and deliveries as well as specialty moves. Today, we move just about anything.

We pride ourselves on our operational efficiency and customer service. We see these two things as our market niche and they are paramount in our mission statement.

It is important to know who you choose to do business with so here is a little bit about me:

I grew up in a small town south of Pittsburgh and then served in the United States Marine Corps after graduation. My experiences there were some of the best times of my life and taught me many things that I would not have been able to learn otherwise. Many of which have enabled me to succeed in business today. After leaving military service in 2006 I attended West Virginia University and majored in Agribusiness Management and started my career in business.

Veteran’s Moving and Transport was inspired by my experiences gained while handling logistics and loading in the produce and equipment industry as well as those in the military. It was during this time I saw the need for companies and people with expertise in moving houselholds and businesses with an emphasis on customer service.

In addition to running this business I farm and operate a small market that is open seasonally.
