US Post Office

Our mail is never placed in the correct mailboxes, even though the boxes are clearly marked. It’s almost like the carrier is lazy and throws everything together without even looking at the addresses/​names/​apartment numbers. We tenants have to sort each others’ mail. I’m pretty sure the landlord has complained to the post office about it more than once.

I have been receiving mail flawlessly for 32 years of my life. Until I moved to this offices delivery route.
Carrier lost your package? (which has happened to me 7x in the last 2 years) Good luck getting ahold of anyone by phone, you’ll have to take a day off work to go visit.

Do yourself a favor and just immediately call the postal inspector, save the aggrevation and leave a trail to get this place closed down.
My favorite part? They’ve both told me if I was unhappy with my delivery maybe I should rent a post office box. I’m not sure they could even figure out how to put my mail in that one either, even if I did.
This whole office needs fired and start over from the ground up.
I wish we had the option of taking the 1 star they have away.

Post office sucks! I’ve been extremely active in trying to get them to a.) understand I live alone (mail I receive is 90% for others) and b.) please bring me my packages.
I’ve been in there politely begging a handful of times, after leaving multiple notes for the carriers (multiple cover this route).
‍They also lost the same package my best friend sent me TWICE, and now it’s forever gone. She had to rebuy it :(First time, they returned it with the reason of «[my] flat was vacant» (what?). Second time, after in-​person confirming with this branch the precise protocol for her to follow to ensure its guarantee of making it to me, it’s straight-​up gone. It was really sad, as part of the package/​gift is irreplaceable.
It’s been ~3 months since I’ve tried to fix the problem, and somehow it has actually gotten worse (lol?). I get mail for over 10 different people, and I have anything of measurable value shipped elsewhere. Also all bills are electronic, since my first electric and gas bills –and who the hell knows what else– never made it here.
2 stars because a lady was pretty nice to me once.

I thought I had reviewed this branch before, but after a recent trip here I just had to write about the awful service again. I mean, I get it: these people probably hate working here; however, customer service is of utmost importance when dealing with anyone in a professional capacity. I still don’t understand what the dozen or so people working in the back do as there is only a SINGLE person at the counter, even if there is a line out of the door. It was painful to hear other workers converse and crack jokes with each other while only one woman was at the counter. On top of this, every single time I’ve been here, the workers have been absolutely disrespectful, patronizing, and incredibly short with almost every customer. I of course got to know every other person in line because it took so long just to receive a package that was sent to my place, and everyone I talked to complained about the service at this branch in particular. Why does this location have to be my home branch? Urgh.
