When we very unexpectedly lost our mom, the home was left just as one would think: in the middle of someone living their life. It had accumulated many things over a lifetime, without yet any plans to take care of these things. Never having done anything like this before, we were left with a home full of both «things» and emotions; Turn Key tended to both.
First, Turn Key cost substantially lower compared to other local competitors. Second, the actual estate cleanout exceeded our expectations. The home was thoroughly cleared, from cumbersome furniture (like a piano) to smaller «junk» throughout, in an amazingly short amount of time. Lastly, but most importantly, Turn Key offered our family a sensitivity when most needed, never pressuring and always understanding of how difficult this process was. They were warm and friendly, with the utmost professionalism, from beginning to end.
