History

Established in 2002.

Over the past 10 years and counting, Attorney Eugene Frank has evolved his debt relief practice based on the experiences he has had with people seeking debt relief, changes in the law, and the misgivings of the debt relief industry as a whole. Attorney Frank was tired of seeing people come into his office with stories of failed debt relief methods or companies preying on vulnerable people, only worsening their debt situations. There is no one-​size-​fits-​all debt relief method, so each case should be analyzed on a person-​by-​person basis.

Our goal is to provide complete counseling to all of our clients. We don’t try to convince you that only one option will work. Rather, we apply multiple factors to your situation to determine which debt relief options are appropriate. We then apply our years of experience to your case to achieve your debt relief goals.

Eugene D. Frank has been practicing law in Western Pennsylvania since 2002, focusing on helping people resolve their debts in a realistic manner. Over the past 10 years and counting, Attorney Frank has evolved his office into a diverse debt relief practice that includes bankruptcy as well as alternative solutions to help his clients resolve their debt concerns when bankruptcy may not be the right option for them.

In addition to his extensive experience representing people in bankruptcy matters, Attorney Frank also has experience as a civil litigator in the Pennsylvania Court System, representing people facing various legal actions including defending people facing collection lawsuits and prosecuting claims against creditors for violating consumer law.
