Established in 2014.

Stoner & Davé PLLC was founded in 2014 by two attorneys with a diverse legal background which includes work in real estate law, estates and trusts, business law, and other areas. Our team includes former in-​house counsel and attorneys with robust knowledge, education and experience in business, litigation and complex transactions and agreements. We strive to provide a client centered approach where we go out of our way to improve the client experience with a strong emphasis on communication, transparent billing practices, flat fees and onsite visits.

Daniel S.

Business Owner

Dan is an attorney and founding partner with the firm who specializes in all aspects of business law, estate planning, and civil litigation. His background includes roles in law firms, government, and most recently as the in-​house corporate general counsel for a tech start-​up. Dan helped found the law firm of Stoner & Davé PLLC to provide a client centered approach to legal services by actively using onsite visits, flexible and transparent billing practices and unbounded legal services to help simplify and personalize the lawyer/​client relationship.
