Scott Hall will be CMU’s newest building. It is slated for completion in early 2016, rumors have it that a floor will be opened in February. It will house a large group of researchers in Biomedical Engineering (BME) and the BME Departmental facilities, along with nano-​fabrication facilities.
The building is anchored, by stilted architecture, into the Panther Hollow and its North Wing will be connected to Wean and Roberts Halls. A surface level courtyard will connect Hamerschlag, Wean, Porter, and Roberts Halls. See
