Service was very pleasant. The owner was very personable and kind. They worked very hard with their busy schedule to accommodate to my schedule. I needed a whole new panel on my car and a new side mirror. The car looked fantastic after they were done with it. They even cleaned up the inside of my car and gave me an extra bottle of paint incase any more scratches occur. I highly recommend anyone who needs service done to their car to bring it here!

Love these guys! I hope I never need an auto body shop again but if I do there is absolutely no doubt I will go to these guys again. My Mazda was rear ended and needed a new bumper and some repairs done to the trunk — these guys had it done in under 3 days, they worked with my schedule and stayed late so I could pick it up after work, and they gave me a really great price. AND the car! It looked better than when I bought it — they not only did a beautiful job on the repair, but they meticulously washed my car (my hub caps shined) and cleaned the interior. A really great experience overall, which is saying a lot considering the whole accident process is a huge pain.

Was recommended to this shop after my roommate ran into my (parked) truck by her insurance company (major insurance company: SF). Called on a Thursday to make an appointment, and the woman on the phone very rudely said that they were booked for that week, Mondays aren’t good, so I should call before I come on Tuesday. Fine. Called Tuesday at 1:00 as I was leaving, and I was informed that I should wait 30 min. Fine. Asked if I should leave my truck or if I could wait. Was rudely cut off and informed that I cannot leave my car just for an estimate. I told her I wouldn’t leave my truck there if she paid me. And I gave a complaint to the insurance company, as they recommended this place. Did NOT let them work on my truck, and have told everyone I know that this place is garbage, including my grandmother and 2 cousins. Literally anywhere else is better! Anywhere!!! But get just an estimate here, I’m sure it will be way higher than you will get anywhere else. At least you can make a couple bucks when you DON’T let them work on it.

So glad I took my car there to get fixed. What a perfect job, reasonable $, on time, could not of been nicer or more helpful.

My car was vandalized with a stone scratching it from bumper to bumper on the driver’s side. Erie Insurance gave me a list of approved body shops and this one was the most convenient. The color match was perfect and attention to detail made my 2013 Nissan Rogue look as good as new. I can’t tell it was repainted. A rental car was provided for me at the shop and covered by my insurance. Service was very professional and the job took three days. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Highly recommend!

If I could I would give them no stars. I was in a bad accident. When I picked up the car the check engine light was on. It was not on before the wreck. I was told it was not «accident related». When I arrived back after taking it home and it not driving to my standards I was met with sarcasm and anger by THE OWNER. We got into the car together, he was driving. He speeds up to almost 60 mph very quickly and all of the issues that were not there before the accident he had an excuse for. I was told I didn’t know «sh**» about cars. I began to cry in my own vehicle. While driving back to the shop unsafely, the car stalls in the middle of the road… Again this was not «accident related» even though this never happened before my accident. The car is still not fixed. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place.

This is three years late but it’s important to share. Had my car repaired here due to someone hitting my front driver side. Thought this place did a great job until I noticed moisture in the light. Ever since I’ve had to replace the bulb often due to it getting moisture. Not happy.

I had to get my bumper replaced. This place is on the StateFarm approved, blah blah blah list. They did a nice job on the bumper, and gave me an extra bottle of the paint that they used in case I need it in the future. I am satisfied with the work on the car and they even washed and vacuumed it.
But, a few things I need to mention: My car was not done on time, and I ended up having to go get it a day late. This was NBD for me, but I could see it being a problem for someone else. Statefarm told me that they would come pick up my car at my house and bring it back when they were done, they said that is just not true and no one really does this (maybe that should be a comment for statefarm, not Pittsburgh Collision). Their parking lot is super tiny and a major pain to get in and out of during rush hour.
Overall, I am satisfied, and the issues I had were minor, really they didn’t even bother me, but I could see someone else getting bent out of shape about them.
